  • Finally, a physical therapist that doesn't try to just sell you things and actually produces results. I haven't been there in a while because I lost my job/insurance, but I wanted to write this because people need to know how great it is. There are two things I love about this place. First is the trigger point dry needling. This has saved my life. I tried steroid injections, trigger point injections (non steroidal), injections at my doctors office, muscle relaxers...EVERYTHING. I spent about $2k on this before I found Foothills. For years I had a recurring problem in my teres minor and they fixed it. I could literally FEEL the dry needling working the moment it was done and while it was weird, it wasn't super painful (the shots at the other places often were). Also the dry needling is affordable (not sure if covered by insurance?) and after like 3 times I have never had the issue again. I'm going back next week to get another area needled because I really believe in it. Also the woman who does it is magnificent and smart and knows her stuff! The other thing I love is Andy and his expertise with TMJ. After 3 sessions for my TMJ (which were SUPER involved, they did all sorts of stuff to help me!) I finally woke up without jaw pain in the morning. I know that if I continued this with insurance it may solve itself all together. Andy really knows his stuff and is such a nice guy, and really listens and explains things well.
