rev:text	I often get concerned when I see less that 5 stars on a contractor site, so when I approached Best Buy Flooring for my work I was a little leery. As you can see by my rating above, I was thoroughly impressed. Was everything perfect the first time, no? But the mark of a good business is how professional they are in recovering from any road bumps in the process. First - Frank is an amazing sales man. He doesn't try to over sell. He is accurate, knowledgeable and is a dream to work with on the project. He has excellent follow-through and gives you advice when you seek it, and suggestions if you ask. I've had many sales people try to put their view on my project and the conflict is uncomfortable. Second - there was a bit of a supply issue with the tile I selected. Dez and his group for fulfillment kept me in the loop and worked out all the details to make sure I got the tile I wanted. They even took the time to work with me to develop a back up plan in case the supplier never delivered. Third - The installation team is top notch. Jesus and his team were careful in moving our furniture, worked late into the evening and even worked late on weekends to get the job done right. These guys have a definite pride in their craftsmanship. I plan on doing a few more rooms in the house, and this is where I was go. Their estimates were spot on for the materials and their price extremely fair. Price is a huge component, but when putting something into your house that will be there for at least 10-15 years, you want to make sure it is done right. BEST BUY FLOORING DOES IT RIGHT.
