  • I had amazing dinners at Vegas but the Palm was not one of them. Noisy and The customer service is not comparable to other steakhouses in-town. We were very disappointed by the quality of service being used to waiters and waitresses who know their menus and welcome you with a smile and personable service. The food was OK, I had a Wagu ribeye. But it wasn't the best I've had.
