This isn't so much a review of this Lowe's, but for the young lady who helped me today. This Lowe's is closest to my house, so that's the one I go to. I always try to buy at Lowe's rather than Home Depot because I don't like Home Depot's political agenda. Getting decent service at this Lowe's is a hit or miss. It's always a shock to get really good service.
I needed some help today and was directed to a young lady named Charmaine. I was impressed with her before she even started helping me because of the attention she was giving to an elderly man in a wheelchair. She was on her knees making sure he got exactly what he needed. She asked questions, listened to his answers, and helped him make choices that served his needs.
Next, she helped me and gave me the exact same level of attention. She made sure I got what I needed and took me to other places in the store to assist with all of my purchases. She had a sweet disposition, knew exactly where everything I needed was located in the store, and never acted like I was taking up her time, which is something that frequently happens here with other employees. I hope Lowe's appreciates what an asset she is to their business. I'm going to look on their website, too, to see if I can let them know what a good employee they have in Charmaine.
