  • I was super excited to get my hair done here but unfortunately I had a bad experience. I came to get purple color put in the ends of my hair, but wasn't told until the end of the appointment that not only would it cost me a ridiculous $100, but it's also only temporary color. This is something they should have told me beforehand. Now there is purple all over everything I own and the color already is faded from my hair. The stylist told me to only wash my hair once a week-that's disgusting! When I tried to get help or at least partial money back for the misunderstanding, the store manager laughed at me and promised to call back with a solution but never called back and wouldn't answer my call when I tried later. Go somewhere else and get better service and better value for your money!
