So after months of waiting to be seen, my appointment date finally rolls around. I was really excited because I was going to be seen for a split earlobe. So I arrived 50 minutes early to my appointment and fill out a few forms.
The office staff was extremely nice, and I was surprised at how quickly I was called back. So I go to the back room and express my concerns and the lady tells me that the doctors physician will be out shortly. 5 mins later she returns only to tell me that the physician and the doctor I was scheduled to see were busy in surgery. She scheduled me another appointment and I left.
I may as well cancel that appointment because I HATE for my time to be wasted, I literally feel like this is causing a bad energy in my day now. I will never come back here. What the heck did I even waste time showing up for?! The one star is definitely for the customer service shown at check in, there is no respect of time here.
*Update*
I won't go back and forth with this company but I will state, I wouldn't have known the price for the procedure or shown almost an hour earlier if I didn't think I was having the procedure done. I specifically asked when I called for the consult if I should bring payment with me in case I were able to have the procedure. This company is missing the point. Sure there may have been miscommunication, but if I didn't see the Dr. The day I came, wouldn't the second appointment I was given be yet another consultation haha. The funny part of this is I shown up early, I don't know if they want the waiting area cleared, but it would make sense to call me back closer to my appointment so the chances of the doctor being available were greater instead of calling me back prior to my appointment just to make an appointment. I hope that point isn't lost, thank you anyhow for the response.
