  • BUYER BEWARE! Their used car warranties are junk and you'll never resolve a claim due to their sleazy terms & conditions that require the customer to pay for the part of the car that failed to be fully torn down to be inspected. For example, my transmission failed within their warranty period. It's clear by the codes output by the car's computer that there is an internal failure, however, the agent told my shop that I have to pay to have the transmission completely disassembled for the inspector to come take a look at my cost. Also, there's no guarantee that they will cover the labor to rebuild and may only pay for the part and leave me stranded with a $2,000 bill they any normal insurance company would cover. As mentioned, buyer beware - their business model is meant to screw any and every person that buys a used car thinking that they have a reliable 30/60/90 day warranty.
