  • If I could give them negative stars I would. This place is full of the the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They really take bad HOA's to a whole new level. I have never had any encounter with them that goes smoothly. Everything has to be a big productions, with everyone at the office telling me different things, and no one knowing anything about how things work. Today I was sitting in the office waiting to get my new pool keys, and the receptionist says: "Oops, they were waiting on hold for someone, but I forgot who, and I just hung up on them. Oopsies." Something in the way she said it told me that that wasn't the first time she had done that. Last time I was there I needed to bring in $25. I called ahead to confirm that I had to bring in $25 and asked if they took credit card, the receptionist says "Yup!" When I show up with my credit card, and talk to another receptionist, she tells me, yes in fact it is $25 that I needed to bring, but unfortunately they only take cash and check. Lovely! This is a poorly run company that will be a giant pain in your ass if you live in any of the dozen of so communities they manage here in henderson and vegas. Good luck!
