  • If there was a way to rate this shop as a negative star, I would choose this option. To start, the staff is extremely rude and condescending. As I walked past, a representative asked to give me a free sample and I politely declined. At that point - he blatantly called me a "Mary Kay Consultant"!!! When my sister, who was with me, returned and asked to speak to the management - the manager stated that I must have misunderstood his employee's comment. That they call ALL girls "Mary Kate and Ashley" as a term of endearment. So not true!!!! This leads me to believe that management have this prepared statement ready for anybody who complains about this demeaning comment. Very unprofessional and will never get one dime of mine!
