  • These people here are humanitarians. I immediately fell in love with this place. They give you a instant feeling of wanting to do their best to take care of you in a way that other pawn shop can not even come close to. Do not get me wrong through, you can not take advantage of them either, they know a true heart when it comes in. If you have an honest situation with something of true honest value, the staff at Biltmore Loan & Jewelry will go beyond their help to make this work. I came in to work with Jessy and Erwin and they completely stopped what they do to assist you with your needs. I kept open honest communication them and they treat me like a friend to this day. I can honestly say I have found new friends here. That is an awesome feeling because good honest people are hard to come by. Please, if you are looking for someone honest, ethical, sincere, and you have the same honest heart, the staff here will graciously take care of you.
