rev:text	Thank you Nancy! I haven't had Acrylics in Forever & I absolutely Love them! Your Salon is Relaxing , the Service is Friendly, Fast & Precise $40 ~ White Powder Tip + Pink w/Gel Top Coat Update: The last time I came here was for an Acrylic Fill (Pink) & Pedicure. Nancy used the wrong color acrylic so I was forced to paint them to match my fluorescent pastel orange pedicure. I had a special event the next day & was wearing a pink dress. My nails were ruined for future fills and I was extremely perturbed about my mismatched outfit. I was upset and Nancy knew it, I tipped her my usual 20% & left. I realized after I left that she overcharged me by $14. I called the next day to confirm the price of each service that I received, to see if I was mistaken; no, she definitely overcharged. Maybe she didn't think that I would tip her because I was so upset and then decided to include it in my total price to make sure she was tipped. So, because I tipped her 20% on the total, she was also tipped on the $14 she overcharged me. I couldn't believe she would do that and never returned. If anything, I should have received a discount after she ruined my white tip acrylic nails, which cost more than regular tips. Extremely disappointing. What's happening that people will do anything to make an extra buck?! This nail salon is really nice but I'm unable to look past this experience. This isn't how customers are supposed to be treated. FYI she also DEMANDS cash tips, which is understandable as I've worked in service, but use some couth.
