It's the only restaurant at El Cortez besides a hotdog stand and subway and for the most part is good for ONE visit if your staying in the area. The Casino is off the strip and away from the Fremont Street Experience so it is not in a busy area. In the four days I was at the hotel I never saw it full. The had an attentive and friendly waitstaff and the manager came by on both occasions to check on us. I had the 12 oz prime rib which was really tasty and very reasonably priced for Las Vegas. The rest of the table had the Pasta and Shrimp special that, in my opinion, looked like cafeteria food but nobody complained.
