We flew in after a horrible day at work and decided on an early dinner at SW, Restaurant on the lake at Wynn, patio is charming overlooking Vegas's version of a "lake" the restaurant decor is Vegas 4 star typical. Service was of course on point as every good restaurant in the Wynn is. Tuna tartare as well as the chopped salad was very good and fresh. My bone-in ribeye was served on a cold plate, perhaps they mistook a salad plate for a steak plate. Perhaps a blessing in disguise because I ordered it medium rare, if it were served on a hot plate to continue to cook I would have ended up with a medium well steak because it arrived medium to say the least (over cooked from the beginning) au gratin potatoes were very good, jumbo asparagus was good but standard. Cheese crusted lamb chops were very good, goat cheese Dijon, finally funnel cakes for dessert such a nice change from cliche beignets it adds a upscale county fair aspect to dinning. Fresh strawberries with Creme, salty caramel and fudge dipping sauces a visual delight but slightly better looking than tasting it was very good don't get me wrong. Personally I felt for the price a lot of steakhouses does it for much better at half the prices......I guess it is Vegas
