rev:text	I could seriously go on a ridiculously huge tangent right now about my entire HORRIBLE experience at this hotel but I will try to keep it short. First off - Our room. D I S G U S T I N G!!! We had a moth infestation, which you can see from other reviews we were not the only ones. They blamed it on US, stating that it was because we opened the balcony doors.. we wouldn't we? It was a beautiful day out. Maybe if they would have warned us we wouldn't have dealt with that.. Their solution? Send up a man to spray the entire room with harsh chemicals while we were in there.. also squishing the moths INTO THE CARPET and leaving them!! We called again to complain and they said someone would be up later to vacuum the room for us.. WTF? They sent someone to come up when we had left the room - also to find that our bags had been opened. We went out .. came back around 2am, more moths.. obviously the door hadn't been opened again since then. After numerous phone calls to the front desk we got our rooms upgraded and was told "if we had paid an extra $100 to begin with we would've been in the other towers and wouldn't have had that issue" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So many other things went wrong with this hotel within a 24 hour time period, won't get into those details.. however I would never in a million years go back to this establishment. Get your shit together Hard Rock!!
