Worst experience. My son was on my phone acct. I wanted to cancel his phone but was told yr and a half ago that he was still under contract and it would cost more to cancel then just ride out the contract. So they were supposed to cancel his service when contract ran out in Jan 2018. This did not happen. Not only did they not cancel but they have been charging me the whole time. Now they won't reimburse me for months since Jan for his phone and there has been no activity for yr and a half. I've been a customer since 2000 and this is how AT&T treats you. What a rip off. Going to switch carriers.
