  • What a blessing to have this medical relief right here in the neighborhood! Funny how life takes you through different sudden twists and turns, as medical emergencies have been rare in occasion anymore in our family (thank goodness), I've been to this facility twice now within less than a month and each experience has been pleasant considering the circumstances! The first review is on behalf of my Momms- Zero wait time upon check in and super speedy attention to her condition & address of symptoms. Dr. Henner and his team demonstrated compassion and utmost professionalism, which meant a lot to my mother who was under extreme pain, as well as spoke volumes to me, as a concerned daughter. Second review is for the emergency visit with our 20 month old baby girl... What could have been a fatal/life threatening catastrophic case, by the grace of God, turned out to be a visit simply to take precautionary measures to ensure our daughters well-being. As new parents, we were both in shock and dismay, but again the doctor and his team, esp RN Silvia (hope I spelled her name correctly), were swift in attending to our daughters needs and empathetic to our situation. I especially want to recognize team member Talisha (sp?)... She had a gentle and sweet approach in lending comfort to my uncontrollable tears and aching heart... It spoke volumes, that despite the circumstances, it made the experience a special and memorable one. She truly is a guardian angel O:-) To sum it all up... This facility most definitely get my recommendation and vote for "Best Of" in service, practice, and style. Bonus star +++ per each visit for team Southern Hills!!! Much love! Xoxo
