We sat on the counter at Brigg's Oyster open kitchen, so we could observe the action of the kitchen staff preparing their dish orders. I and my brother shared a half dozen oysters which are of good size, bearing the natural flavor of Louisiana, good fresh ocean taste,yum!
With a selection of hamachi, rainbow mix, spicy tuna hand roll, California sushi plus an order of salmon sushi. The fresh fish selection was so wonderful and satisfying. During the dinner
process, we had a good chat with one of the chefs behind the line and this was a nice exchange of inter personal contact. With a freshly prepared Seafood chowder, this brought the dinner to a most satisfying conclusion.
