This is the second or third buffet I have tried in Vegas (Excalibur and Luxor previously) and it was the best so far.
Went for dinner. The had prime rib and the crab legs sawed in half. All kinds of other foods, but i focused on the prime rib, the mashed potatoes (super good) and the broccolini.
I also liked the strawberry tarts and creme brulee for dessert. It's not fine dining, but great for the price. Where else can you get good prime rib (all you can eat) and all the dessert you want??
Be sure to sign up for the Total Rewards through Caesars and you should be able to get a free buffet.
