  • I was very disappointed here. Jim was supposed to connect with me multiple times but, after the initial sales call, never responded. After finally tracking him down, he told me that he wasn't even sure if the antenna would work in my area. I wasted two months of my time with these guys. I expect better responsiveness from potential customers.
