Been to this theater many times and have never had a complaint. Today that changed. At the end of the day, it would have been an error on my part, but my issue was with the person I spoke with at guest services. I had a cornea transplant a few days ago and upon exiting the theater I could not find my main eye drop. I noticed this about an hour after we had left. I called the theater and the attendant at guest services could've cared less and stated that they just throw everything away--even prescriptions they find that get left behind! It just seems a little dismissive to me the way it was handled. There was no care or compassion. Luckily I found the bottle at home that I was certain I had brought with me, given I'm only 2 says out from surgery. I wish I has asked for a manager. I'm sure I would've had better service than what I received! We did enjoy our movie though! The movie gets 5 stars!
