rev:text	Since I first walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by a very professional and friendly staff member named Chantal. I was offered water and coffee, they made me feel very comfortable. My car was rear ended, it was badly damaged, and I thought it wouldn't be the same. I hated seeing my car busted up. I gave her my keys, filled out some paperwork, and walked out. They asked if I needed a ride to a car rental dealer, but my friend had given me ride. I walked out, and that very same day they called me to let me know what they we're going to do to my car. About a week later they called me again, letting me know that the parts have arrived. I was very happy that they kept me in the loop of what was being done to my car. I had driven the car that I rented for almost 3 weeks, it took a while not because of them, but because it was an insurance claim and it was right before the holidays (Christmas). Then that special day came. They called me to let me know it was done and I can pick my car up whenever I wanted. I was excited to see how it would look. My friend drove with me in the rental to Sudden Impact, and there my baby was, all fixed and shiny. It looked perfect! Like nothing happened. By the way, they did the best detail that I have ever seen. It was spotless. I have a Nissan Armada and they really took their time cleaning it. Hands down best service ever. Everybody is super nice. I really recommend this place for any car damages. Thank you guys, you're the best!
