  • I'll give them 2 stars because I've always had a great experience with the service department. I assumed the sales department would be comparable, but that was not the case. I'll spare readers the details and get to the point: they WILL NOT honor Hyundai promotions. Even if you use the zip code feature on the Hyundai website. Rather than $209 a month, Centennial Hyundai dug in their heels and said $356 and also wouldn't honor Hyundai's $500 military discount on the "due at signing" cost. I have excellent credit and have leased from Hyundai Motor Finance for the last TWO YEARS, so what is the excuse? They can't claim that I'm an unqualified lessee. I'd also like to mention that I was making the switch from a Santa Fe Sport to a Tucson. How is the monthly payment $70 more than I'm paying now for a vehicle with a lower MSRP? The folks at Centennial Hyundai simply don't care. I'm getting a new Hyundai somewhere else and going elsewhere for oil changes from this point further!
