  • Service is awful, we have been in 5 separate times, and every single time, the sales lady with the heavy accent treats us like dirt, even though we ultimately decided on a wedding band there. The only time she was nice to us was when she rang us up for the ring itself. I went in to get it resized, since they couldn't seem to order my ring in my actual size and it was like pulling teeth. I asked for a quote for a european shank, she looked at me like i was crazy. we get a call 1 week later and the quote for a size 3.5 ring to get a euro shank was $215!!!! are you joking!?! I really regret buying my wedding band here and wish i didn't have to deal with them especially since we got roped into buying the warranty.
