  • UPDATE: EIGHTEEN (18) DAYS LATER! Still not complete! After 3 visits to my home which is a major inconvenience my foyer looks horrible, in many places in the family room this looks like a sloppy amateur installation and once again an installer came to look at the mess, he arrived without the correct material and offered to take up the part of the floor that was correct and replace with the wrong product since he had enough of that material, huh???? Who would suggest that?!?! Of course I said absolutely not, I had to laugh to keep from crying. EMPIRE TODAY who is responsible for sending the installers without the proper materials has done nothing to make this right, they've been very cavalier about my entire situation. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
