  • First time I walked in, place was empty and they told me they won't take me because I don't have an appointment even though there is a sign that says walk-ins welcome. I had to wait over a week for the first available appointment and when I showed up less than 15 minutes late because it was during traffic, they wouldn't take me again. I finally tried for the third time because I wanted my nails done exotically for a music festival so I showed up early to my appointment. They made me wait over 30 minutes, it took the lady 2 hours to do my nails and within the week a bunch of stones fell off. They don't clean up your nails like a normal manicure, they just go straight to adding designs. Also, I made an appointment for my mom for a mani/pedi and she was a few minutes late so they wouldn't take her either, even though the place was empty. These people have a snobby attitude as if they are too good to take customers and they're doing us a favor. Ridiculously over-priced as well, I will never go back again and tell all my friends to not go either.
