  • I love planet fitness I am a black card member and I've visited all locations.  I use this location more often since is closer to my house but I've never experienced such a poor customer service as in this location in particular, highly recommend if you are planning to join, avoid going in the evenings and after   Their management and staff is very unprofessional in every aspect I don't appreciate having to walk through the gym to be able to find a bottle with sanitizer  since most of them are empty and trash cans are over filled, bathrooms messy and cooler with NO WATER! yet... meanwhile  their staff is too busy on their phones, gossiping with other members and NOONE will knowledge you and of course  managers are never around.  Reasons why I prefer to go really early in the morning and avoid this nonsense I've addressed this issues before and I am sure I'm not the first or last member to complain about this. I've been working in the customer service industry for over 27 years and it's really sad to see how such a great facility has employees that really don't care about their job and don't take it serious when they should know well  that they're the face of the company.
