  • This is one of the best theatres in Phoenix. It is in Tempe. It is maintained clean and neat. The highlight of the theatre is its recliners. Very cozy and comfortable. The recliners are cleaned and maintained in a proper manner. Just like other AMC theatres, 3D is offered is Real 3D format. The screen is not as big as a IMax but worth watching for. Since all the seats are recliners, it would be best to wait for 2-3 weeks to visit the theater to avoid crowd. But the seats can be reserved online. That's a big relief. The convenience fee is a dollar. To avoid the convenience fee, it is recommended to join the AMC stubs program. For about 12 bucks, the convenience fee gets waived and you get additional perks while buying popcorn and cola. The only expensive side is that the popcorn and colas cost a bit higher. But that cannot be avoided in a theatre like this. And personally unless it is a compulsion, one need not eat snacks here. Overall a very good theatre in terms of screen, ticket pricing and seating with recliners. Definitely a lot better than many other theatres in Phoenix. A must see.
