I called the number given to me. BY the responding Blue Sky representative on Yelp only to find it was disconnected. I then googled their contact info and spoke with someone and was told that Justin is a manager and is aware of my situation and would call me back. That was yesterday around 2pm. It's now 4pm on Friday and still no call. I'm super glad I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break tracking down your employee per your request only to find yet again your people are A.) incompetent or B.) just don't give a crap.
My experiences with your company would be laughable if they weren't so frustrating and wasteful of my time. To recap:
1. Texted me asking for a review
2. Neglected to respond when I texted back my dissatisfaction with service
3. Neglected to process my payment info and promised to contact - failed on both
4. Continued to send payment requests while never addressing service concerns
5. Yelp response to my poor review with a disconnected phone number and lets be honest, no real intention to address or correct issues

So, after all this I had a long talk with Justin at Blue Sky. He was patient and understanding and genuinely concerned and interested in my feedback. More than anything I appreciated someone following up and listening. After this call and Justin's direct phone number in the event of any future issues I have agreed to give the company another chance...
