| - I wouldn't even give this place one star...that is too many! I was very nervous when I walked in to see that this office was part of Two Drops of Beauty after having a bad experience there, but u thought I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see if I have a better experience.
I had purchased B12 injections through Groupon. After filling out multiple papers on my health history, symptoms, etc. I was hopeful that maybe this place was different. Next, the person that checked me in and collected my paperwork took me back to a room and said, "where would you like it" . She Didn't introduce herself, I have no idea or her qualifications to give me an injection (my first impression was that she was a secretary since she checked me in) and she was holding a profiles syringe. I asked her what the doseage of B12 was that I was getting and she said,"1cc" I said , "but what is the doseage?" And she said "1ml" ...ok...but what is the dose??? She then said "I think 30mg" I stated that I really didn't feel comfortable with her giving me a prefilled syringe without me knowing the dose or exactly what was in it. I asked her to please bring the B12 in the room so that I could see her draw it up. She said, "are you kidding me?" Uh, NO!
She then brought in a large blue multi dose bottle that has a compound pharmacy address on a label that anyone could've printed off on their printer. Then she went to draw it up and didn't alcohol the top of the vial. Who knows how many other times it had been used without disinfecting the top before drawing it up.
I told her that I didn't feel comfortable with the situation at all and that I would call groupon and get my money back, which I did. Groupon promptly returned my money.
Please beware of this practice!
