  • I have nothing good to write about Diamond Resorts International. NOTHING! If they tell you they have a "new" program, grab your $$$ and run. After falling for that line, I called Diamond expecting a promise kept. Man, was I wrong. NO ONE at Diamond knew anything about anything the sales people presented. Don't bother complaining unless you have a good lawyer. They know exactly how to get our money. All you get that is new is a smaller bank account. What is "new" is the way they take your money and deliver the same nothing in return. Good luck.
