  • My girlfriend and I wanted to have a play date here. We walked it and wanted to bounce but we were told that they didn't have open bounce at all and it was all reserved for birthday parties. I was super surprised but what was more disappointing is she didn't give us a schedule of when the next open bounce would be. Not sure I would return with that customer service experience.
