I recently had giclee prints made at Image and Frame of a series of three humorous illustrations I'd rendered in pen and ink, watercolor, and colored pencil. Eric treated my small job (two prints of each illustration) with care and precision, clearly explaining the process and presenting the available options to me with thoughtful suggestions but no sales pressure. He printed the proofs in just a few minutes and they looked superb, requiring no color correction, but he spotted a couple of barely noticeable (to me) imperfections in my airbrushing of the illustrations' backgrounds, and quickly corrected them on the computer. In about a week I had the final product and couldn't be happier. The prints really look better than the originals, with more vibrant color. I gave these as gifts and had Eric ship them to their recipients, who told me they arrived in perfect condition. I didn't frame them, but Image and Frame has a lot of good-looking frames on display. The cost of my job was very reasonable--I'm surprised it didn't cost more.
