I received a Groupon for a "Spa Me" package. I was super excited about it. The expiration date was about a month out from the date of purchase. It took me WEEKS to get someone to call me back for an appointment. I left messages (probably a total of 3, although I called many more times than that), emailed, even Facebook messages because I was worried about the Groupon expiring. Someone finally called me back and said she only received one message from me. I asked to schedule for an evening or weekend because I work full-time, and the lady said there weren't any appointments until the end of October (this was in July). I told her I would take it, and she seemed frustrated that I wouldn't take an appointment during the day. I explained to her I didn't have the option to come during the day, but that I would be happy to wait almost for the weekend appointment as long as it meant I could still use the Groupon (since the expiration date was so close). She said yes, so I made the appointment. When I went today, the same lady I talked to on the phone told me the Groupon was expired. I reminded her of the conversation we had, and she honored it. The massage was okay, the facial was really nice. The massage therapist and esthetician were both very nice. Giving three stars because of the extensive difficulty in making an appointment.
