  • Timeliness was good for broken AC, service man was professional, respectful, I think he knew what he was doing, BUT, I was way over charged, was told the part was $350.00 when it was actually $180.00, therefore was charged over $100.00 per hour for labor, for a total of $625.00 for replacing a blower motor (they actually started at $750.00, and I told them that was way to high, got them down), SO, don't use, they overcharged a DUMB senior citizen that needed it done NOW!!!!
