  • I had a terrible experience with the Maverick Studio, Joe is very arrogant. I showed up for an apointment on time, and was told that Joe was finishing up with a prior client, so i waited for him. During that time i got a call from a client and so had to spend a couple of minutes on the phone. Once I got off the phone, Joe hurried me into the seat and got visibly upset that we were "late" and said that he was going to do a hurried job. When I asked him if he thought he could do a good job, he said he couldn't given that he didn't have the full apointment time (mind you, he was late finishing his last client). I then asked to reschedule, since I didn't want a hurried haircut, and Joe refused, he said "we're going to do this now" in a very aggressive tone. I've never experienced something like that in getting a haircut - normally a couple of minutes here and there for apointment time is understood (especially if the hair stylist is the one who is late). I had gone to Maverick a few times before and had good experiences, but will NEVER go back after the rudeness and arrogance I experienced. I would caution anyone thinking about this studio.
