I was visiting Cleveland recently for a night and chose to stay at the Hampton Inn because it was well priced and because of its proximity to the attractions I was going to. The location was perfect, as was the price. The actual room was great also being that it seemed to be newly remodeled. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired which is the reason it knocks down my rating to average. The night person working the front desk was extremely rude and to make matters worse, I had housekeeping knocking on my door at 7am on a Saturday morning trying to service my room. With that being said, the quality of room can't be beat for the money.
