  • This place is a JOKE in calling themselves "fine luxury". I practically live in hotels, with work travel and this must be the worst hotel I've stayed at, and at such a high cost. I mistakenly booked this place - tried to deal with that issue, and wasn't able to change rooms or cancel reservation - was told my only option was to check in. Once I checked in, they told me because I'd checked in, I couldn't cancel... The management team refused to contact their GM to help me, and laughed multiple times, at me, while dealing with this issue. Valet wasn't outside to help when I would pull up - at one point I found my suv outside with windows down and the front desk fellow had to keep an eye on it..... Breakfast was overcharged, and arrived an HOUR after I ordered, because the girl taking orders could not speak english. Their restaurant is SUB par. Basically I could go on and on, but I won't. I'll end on a positive note - there was a Quest cookie dough protein bar in the room, which is my favorite. And the bathroom was warm and had a nice tub. No bubble bath...oops tried to keep it posi. Won't EVER EVER EVER be back, and recommend you don't make the mistake I did.
