  • My family and I love this place! We have 2 young kiddos so we only eat in with them every other month but we order the pineapple upside pancakes every Saturday. The pancakes are AMAZING and to still be good when you get them as a Togo really says something. I also have to point out how amazing this restaurant is, a couple times I picked up a Togo with my kiddos and my youngest was sleeping in the back. They were more then will to give me curb side service even thou that is not something they offer. They go out of their way to make all their guest enjoy Snooze. Now my husband and I eat there once a month without kiddos to sit and enjoy breakfast (you have kids you know how amazing this is) the host staff is fantastic Kris a hostess is always so cheerful, sweet and warm she always remembers us and is always so friendly and she has never made us feel rushed when adding our name to the wait list. The wait times (can be long yes but worth the wait) are always on schedule we have never had to wait longer than said. Natalie another hostess is such a sweetheart she remembers us by name and always ask how our kiddos are. Her conversations are of friends not a hostess which I enjoy. When our kiddos do come she goes out of her way to make them happy and enjoy their meal. Katie is the server we have had the pleasure of sitting with she is so fun and knowledgeable about them menu. She answers all my questions about the menu (which tends to be a lot since I'm vegetarian) she is also very tentative to our table. She never lets our drinks get empty and checks on us throughout the meal. Everything we have tried here has been amazing! I highly recommend the breakfast taco the are to die for (thank you Katie!) We always enjoy eating here between the service to the atmosphere and cleanliness and finally to the food we never leave unhappy.
