  • Arhas The Loft is, as far as I can tell, the only outlet center in the country for Arhaus Furniture. How lucky for me, then that I live right around the corner. Arhaus furniture is the kind of furniture that always felt so out of reach for me- luxurious and PRICEY. But it's so pretty and high quality. Their regular stores are beautifully styled- my mom and I sometimes go in them just to swoon over the design. This outlet store is pretty much just a warehouse of outlet arhaus furniture. It seems like things are marked down at least 30% off of retail prices. I went in on black Friday, when the whole store was marked an additional 30% off. Yes, there are still plenty of items that cost thousands of dollars. But there are also plenty of things for under $1000 and they are much higher quality than value city, or even my beloved IKEA. I bought a sofa there- originally $2750, marked down to $500- which is IKEA pricing for much better quality. I think the key is to scope this place out often, look for the deeply discounted stuff (when I was there it was toward the back of the store on the right) and wait for a good sale! The associate who helped me was super nice and helpful, despite being VERY busy. My sofa was delivered a week later, and I am totally satisfied.
