This buffet is located at the Silverton Casino. I have stumbled away food drunk from this Fine Epicurious Gastronomique establishment many a time. If I time it right I hit it on a Saturday which is Polynesian night where I spend a few hours devouring Fred. (Fred is the name I gave to the roasted suckling pig) Although, Old Fred is long gone his name still lives on in memory through is brothers and sisters who graciously offered up themselves (as Fred) every Saturday night for the firm price of $23.80 gratuity not included.
Besides Old Tasty Fred. This buffet offers up a lot of tasty Polynesian fare that one might miss unless of course you go to Polynesia. Or come here and stand in line for almost 2 hours with mostly Polynesian folks some the size and strength of tanks that could easily kill you with one punch. That being said, you know the place is worth it.
Some of my personal favorites are the Ahi Poke, Lomi Lomi, Tako Poke, Sushi, Kalbi Beef Ribs, Suckling Pig with Crispy Skin, Kalua Pork Loin, Pork Lau Lau. They also offer up a really nice New York strip steak as well as all the standard buffet stuff you normally find.
