I had my eyes tested at Hakim and got a prescription from the eye doctor there. Since their glasses are quite expensive I decided to use Clearly Contacts who by the way have a great and extremely reasonable collection. I was placing my order online and had some difficulty understanding the prescription so I went back in to Hakim to ask for their help with reading it. The Doctor was away and the staff there, one woman in particular was very rude and unhelpful. She refused to help me read it saying I should ask the place that's making my glasses to interpret it. When I told her I was placing the order online and since had got my eyes checked at Hakims I thought I would get their help she refused saying it was against the law and she could get into trouble in an unnecessarily loud and rude manner. Seriously?! I found how to read prescriptions online and am not going back to the store for anything even though location wise its really convenient and right round the corner from where I work. They really need to provide better customer service!
