I went here with a Groupon for a "spa day." While it wasn't exactly unpleasant, it was not the relaxing day I expected. To start off, they never asked me for my medical history or even to sign a waiver. I have gotten many massages and I found this surprising.
The pedicure was "meh" at best. I put my feet in a tub of lukewarm water. The lady didn't exfoliate my feet or anything. She took FOREVER and all I ended up with was pushed back cuticles and polish. She put the polish on so thick that when I put shoes on FIVE hours later, it completely smeared and was ruined!
The manicure was rushed because they took over 3.5 hours for a spa experience that I was told would take about 2-2.5 hours. My fingernails were ruined as well since I didn't even have time to sit down before I rushed out the door.
The massage was almost comically bad. She had no idea what she was doing. My husband gives better massages! The only redeeming service was the facial, which felt nice and left my skin clean and exfoliated.
Overall, don't go here. They are trying to make money off the Groupon but it's not worth it.
