  • If there were 0 Stars I would have chosen 0 I went to this office, matthews, earlier in the year, for a routine visit and I was initially very happy with the office, but when it came time to discuss Finances, it all changed....I gave them my co-pay for the visit, they would not see me before I paid them, paying for something before u actually get the services, ok i guess, kinda insulting, hmmmm..., it's now been 2 months, multiple calls, and still they owe me!!! Too much to put on this little review bottom line is it doesn't seem like they truly have care and concern, for their patients it seems like Carolina urology is just interested in financial gain, do not go here ! My complaint with the medical board is in process...
