  • So we experienced a lot of trouble coming in from Cali for Thanksgiving! We thought it was a bad battery in our 2016 Outback and panicked we called Phoenix Subaru who then told us to call the dealer in Chandler. We first spoke to Laura who calmed us down and assured us we would be taken care no matter when we showed up (or how -even if towed). Then she set us up, checked our warranty and hooked us up with Jesus! We showed up at 7 am next day panicked we would need a jump. Not only did our battery get the warranty test, Jesus kept it to check the load and checked the alternator. Then he discovered our dealer back at home did not do the computer upgrade they should have at the last visit bc it was a known issue that the computer drained the battery! So he gave our car a bath, solved the problem and even offered us a ride to the hotel. When we picked the car up, we were greeted and told that if we had probs to come back next day! We saw Laura, gave her a hug and celebrated Thanksgiving with family! We are almost home to Cali and not one problem. Wish we had this dealer and service here instead of Subaru Pacific!
