  • Iwas disappointed in the process. They seem to be unorganized and inconsistent In their Business Methods. The Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. We had high end contemporary furniture delivered to their Scottsdale rd. Location on August 25th signed the paperwork. It All SOLD in 10 days and we are yet to be paid our portion 2 months later. One person says the check was mailed. The next person doesn't know if the check was mailed or not. No one seems to be able tell us even if the check has been written. We were able to resolve the problem today 10/29/2014. We appreciate the courteous employees, especially "Sarah". It's a great store but I would encourage them to better document and track all phases of the process to make it easier for customers to do business with them. I will do business w them again and hope that it goes smoother.
