  • Yellowtail is amazing! Delicious food. I've hosted a few events there and the staff/management were incredible. I do want to say that I'm a Vegas local. The reviews complaining about price on this wonderful spot seem more geared towards their own financial situations rather than the atmosphere, staff, service, and food. If you rate Yellowtail as a 2-Star because your edamame was too expensive.. A) Read the prices before you order, B) Visit Paruhmp or China Town PS - One of the BEST views in LV!
