Located in Planet Hollywood, Saxe Theater is more modern than their sister venue V Theater which is just a few steps over.
Came to watch Nathan Burton's magic/comedy show with my parents and was pretty surprised walking in because I expected something a bit older like V Theater, however it was nicer! Something to note is that it's upstairs, something we totally didn't expect but is not a big deal. They do have elevators as I noticed they helped a handicapped gentleman get to his seat before the rest of the crowd which was nice. Otherwise, just be prepared to hike some stairs!
My parents and I found our seats on the right side in the middle of the front sections. We were placed in a row were the end seat was placed right in front of a pole. No one was sold that seat, but it was quite funny and odd to look at. Why even put a seat there?
Overall, I like the way that Saxe has it's seats laid out. The arrangement wasn't as curved/circular around the stage, which in turn made the room feel bigger and more roomy than V. Not as claustrophobic, with easy access into and out of each section of chairs so people weren't crammed into the hallways which I noticed happening more at V. Also seemed a bit cleaner! But this may just have been connected to the fact that it's newer.
