Don't get scammed like I did! They talked me into a detail when I went in for a wash, gave me a receipt to "come back any time." I picked a day and called and they said to be sure to have it in by 3pm for them to have time to do it. I brought it in at 1pm and they said they didn't have time -- detail shop was full. Gave me a free wash to compensate, but what I wanted was the detail I had already paid for! When I drove by the detail shop on the way out it had ONE car in it.
**Update: the manager worked with me and got my car in when I called back. The detail was great and I really appreciated them fitting me in after all. He even called after I got the car back to be sure that I was satisfied. The prepaid option seems to pose a problem because there are no refunds and it is apparently very difficult to get in. It would help greatly if they would take appointments for prepaid details so we would know when to take it in and not have this challenge.
