  • My Buick went in last Thursday morning. They said they were running behind. Thursday and Friday came and went. I was told "maybe" my car would get in Friday, but it was 5th in the lineup! Today is Tuesday and yesterday the found a problem in the steering. Hopefully it will be back this Friday. Longest I've had to wait for a car. They are pleasant but don't plan on speedy service.
