Graduation weekend, Sunday night.
We were trying to go to Graze which was closed. So my daughter called after 6pm for a 6:30 reservation. They don't take reservations more than an hour out.
That's fine, but why didn't they tell us the place was dead and we didn't need a reservation. So my elderly mother waited another 45 minutes to walk into the place with only ONE other table seated. And only one other table seated after us.
And if they were that slow, why was our fish and chips really dark brown( shy of burnt) and dry?
My mother didn't want to make a big deal since it was a dinner for my daughter's graduation, but we won't be returning. How hard is it to mess up Fish and Chips.
My daughter's Mac and Cheese was okay, tasted alright but watery. I can't remember what my son-in-law order, so it wasn't outstanding.
